The poster has been designed based on the science of Neuro‐Associative Conditioning
which, as you may know, is a system that describes the process of change in human beings,
and is based upon the premise that there are two determining reasons for human behavior:
1) the need to avoid pain and/or 2) the desire to gain pleasure. In order for the brain to
efficiently evaluate how to rapidly accomplish these two tasks, you must create neuroassociations
(associations within the nervous system) that are used to instantly determine
the meaning (pain/pleasure) of situations, actions, people, things, emotions, etc. These
neuro‐associations (represented here by the good and bad images in the poster), are the
directing force of all human behavior.

The poster will be localised for your area and will contain your logo as the sponsor, as well
as the contact details of the local youth support services and agencies helping in the
implementation of the five outcomes of Every Child Matters. The poster displayed at
schools, colleges, community and youth centres, will act as a constant reminder of the
consequences of choices and actions which the youth make or are pressurised to make
every day.

I draw your attention to the prices for various print options (sizes & quantities) below. I am
sure you appreciate, that at these prices, even if the posters succeed in preventing one
youth from getting into a life of crime, then it has clearly been worth it both morally and
financially.
